The reason for the questions is simple: there is one Christina, and she would rather spend an hour with someone she can genuinely help than send everyone the same brochure. If this coast cannot do what you are after, the useful answer is to say so.

Straight answer on the financing question: there is no mortgage market here, so almost every purchase is cash. One of the six houses on this site offers owner financing and the rest is seller by seller — we will tell you which, rather than let you find out late. We use your answers to work out what to show you and we do not sell your details; here is exactly what we do with them.
